Raoul Lamarre est un jeune boxeur plein d'avenir, qui se casse la main au cours d'un pari, mettant ainsi un terme à sa carrière. Alors qu'il gagne sa vie dans un stand de foire, il est séduit par Rosy, une immense et belle catcheuse.

Les deux jeunes gens se mettent en ménage, mais se séparent bientôt, l'ancien boxeur vivant difficilement l'ascension de sa compagne dans le monde du catch. Raoul décide alors de remonter sur le ring, mais subit une sévère défaite. Rosy, toujours amoureuse de lui, corrige son adversaire.
